Rejoignez-nous!WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Bilingual (French/English) Call Center Agent you will:- Provide customers with information about their products and/or services- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements, where applicable- Update customer files with appropriate information ensuring regulatory, client specific, and corporate guidelines are followed- Problem solve to find the best solution for each customerABOUT YOU- **Fluent in both English & French.
