This includes but is not limited to billing account setup, customer data maintenance, billing, billing adjustments and invoicing activities. The Billing Supervisor will also be responsible for the daily load of invoices and adjustments into Oracle as well as supporting month end activities. This role will be highly focused on process improvement, automation and creating efficiencies.**Key Responsibilities:- Support billing team members located in Costa Rica.- Ensure the timely completion of daily invoicing in Oracle for multiple businesses.- Maintain and manage all invoice databases.- Receive research and respond to incoming questions; provide information, explain policies and procedures, and/or facilitate a resolution.- Perform and process billing adjustment and manual billing requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.- Partner with the local, regional, and global contacts and communicate effectively with the business to foster good working relationships with the rest of the organization.- Support the team working on different ad hoc request and preparing data as requested.- Recommend and implement best practices for improvements/enhancements to current processes, drive standardization of activities including the identification of productivity and efficiency.- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.**Qualifications**- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or other quantitative field or relevant experience working on Billings position - preferred.- At least 3 years of experience in O2C processes in a shared service center environment.- At least 2 years of experience in people management.- Strong technical skills and ability to learn systems quickly.- Desire to learn new skills with high-level problem-solving skills and covering new challenges.- Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines.- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a competence in presenting in a professional and influential manner.- Ability to interpret written customer contracts.- Researches, analyzes, and reconciles customer information across systems.- Oracle E-Business or ERP System.**Additional Information**Our benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow togetherFind out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here- Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
