Business Analyst I

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**: Work with Install Base data Good understanding of Quote to cash process Work along business stakeholders for resolution and support Ability to support Quarter End needs Ability to work over stretch assignments. Provide support with queue management Be able to provide support over first level escalations Support with basic reporting Able to participate in business calls.**Requisitos**:Qualifications Experience in multinational/inter-disciplinary teams work. Intermediate to advance data analysis Advance experience in quote to cash processes (MUST) Customer service oriented. Focus on execution. Capacity to improve and innovate. Decision making skills. Basic data analysis & presentation skills. Excel level: Intermediate Advanced English level: B2+ or above Basic to Intermediate experience with MS Office (Powerpoint/Outlook) Effective communication Problem solving Adaptability Preferred Requirements: Advance knowledge of CRM and ERP systems Coding/Programming ASQ/Six Sigma; LEAN; SCRUM; PM certificationsBeneficiosHealth Insurance WFH
