**OTSI****Object Technology Solutions, Inc**) has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst lll.BUSINESS ANALYST lll (HYBRID)MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:- Work with internal teams to track Cross Cloud Managed Services partner badge achievement and update necessary systems to reflect- Create, review and send out partner rebate statements- Process intentions and claims from the Services Led incentive programs based on program terms and conditions- Support data cleansing activities and maintain data integrity in VMware's systems- Ability to work cross-functionally with Business Operations, Finance, Revenue, and our 3rd party vendor Workspan- Provide program and periodic status updates and participate in operational status meetings- Demonstrates strong understanding of Partner rebate and Incentive programs to successfully deliver and support current business strategies- Maintains quality service by following all process guidelines- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to optimize processes- Assist with special projects as neededSKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:- 2+ years of industry experience in Channel/Partner Operations or Other Sales Operations- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail- Passion for competition and the ability to maintain personable working relationships with all internal and external customers- Ability to initiate process improvement plans and drive for change- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility- A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with mínimal direction- Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- Intermediate Excel skills required.
