NI is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the Software Services team in the IT department.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze, identify, gather, and create requirements for solutions to business problems- Describe and communicate the potential impacts from system changes- Propose innovative operational changes including people, processes, and systems- Prepare user acceptance tests and perform functional, acceptance and regression testing, support the maintenance, execution of automated testing, as well as reporting and analysis of these tests- Ensure change management to enable business readiness for uptake of new capabilities- Assist with management, prioritization, troubleshooting and escalation of issues- Provide input to product owner on system priorities to sustain current systems and prepare for future business demands- Anticipate and mitigate project risk, document decisions, and manage change- Assist in cost/benefit analysis and process modeling- Create mockups and/or wireframes to assist the development team in creating user interfaces- Ability to collaborate with business and product owners to define system requirements- Comfortable working with technical teams and business areas- Understand business priorities, scope, objectives- Agile mindset to deliver often and iteratively- Interest and curiosity in technology- Self-Starter, proactive nature, problem-solving skills, prioritize work, multitask, and quickly switch context- Excellent communicator, both within the product team, as well as communicating with stakeholders and customers**Requirements**:- BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field strongly preferred- 3-5 years of experience in Systems Analysis or working with development teams- Understand impacts across systems, both upstream and downstream- Ability to gather, understand and translate business requirements into to system requirements- Test case management, execution, and analysis experience- Strong verbal and written communication skills**Preferred Requirements**:- Experience working in an agile team- Project management experience is a plus- Knowledge of SQL like languages and relational databases- Understanding of cloud-based technologies and platformsLI-MM1**Why NI?**There are many reasons to consider joining a company.
