**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for gourmet food products, ensuring quality, variety, and competitive prices.- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining high standards of quality and service.- Collaborate closely with store managers and yacht provisioning managers to understand and anticipate their product needs.- Implement just-in-time purchasing policies to minimize inventory while ensuring uninterrupted supply.- Supervise and optimize logistics and supply chain processes to ensure timely product delivery.- Continuously research and evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and sustainability standards.- Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new potential vendors.- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing and procurement.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the gourmet food industry.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.- Advanced English Level B2+- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost optimization.- Deep knowledge of logistics and inventory management.- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: ¢800 000,00 - ¢1 400 000,00 al mesPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Puntarenas, Provincia de Puntarenas: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problema o estar dispuesto a mudarse con una paquete de apoyo para mudarse proporcionado por la empresa (Deseable)Experiência:- el area de compras para supermercados: 4 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés intermedio - avanzado (Deseable)
