If yes, we would like you on our team!Experian Clarity is the leading source of alternative credit data in the subprime lending industry. By leveraging alternative data, our market- savvy data analysts are discovering trends and providing our clients innovative solutions for fraud, banking information, credit, compliance, prospecting and portfolio management.- Performs a variety of activities to ensure client satisfaction, including interpreting reports, inquiry maintenance, managing users, responding to general inquiries, and assisting with internal projects.- Diagnose, research and resolve moderate to complex problems related to daily product usage, billing, and account maintenance- Conducts inquiry monitoring for new clients to ensure solutions are performing as expected.- Pre-qualifies inbound marketing leads- Coordinate requests and service needs with appropriate internal departments to ensure client requirements are met- Problem-solving approach coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.- Demonstrate the ability to effectively work collaboratively cross-functionally- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.**Qualifications**:- High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields- 2-3 years Advanced customer service experience- Excellent English written and oral communications skills- Strong problem-solving skills- Advanced organizational skills- Strong PC/internet skills- Excel Intermediate- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesAdditional Information**Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow together**Our benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.We are thrilled to share that FORTUNE has named Experian **one of the 100 Best Companies to work for**.
