Help the designers with clinical notes to doctors. Educate the designers on how to handle clinical cases. Handle clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders. Handle customer situations and assist them with their issues or concerns. Come up with ideas and suggestions for continuous improvements. Assistance in clinical training (Designers, clinical peers, setup leads, customers, DSS, etc.). Provide ideas for Innovation and R&D to improve software, features and products.
