We are looking for a Superstar like you, are you insanely customer focused and someone who wants to have the best day, every day...**Role Purpose**Shape, drive and manage the sales function and its team to deliver business growth and profitability, develop customer relationships and increase loyalty, improve competitive positioning by optimizing own resources and by leveraging other functions in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.**Scope & Base Location**Central and South Americas - CSA and can be based in any CSA Express Country (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay y Venezuela).**Main Accountabilities**- Define the area sales strategy to cascade and monitor delivery of sales objectives in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies- Facilitate and drive development of the sales team leadership and the overall sales force- Lead, direct, coach and develop optimal performance of the area sales team- Lead, develop, oversee and control highly strategic activities and initiatives with significant impact on overall results and very high business risk potential- Communicate market leadership position and vision/strategy aspiration to customers and internal stakeholders- Drive market acquisition and retention strategies to maximize sales growth in the area optimize profits- Drive customer loyalty, business growth and profitability by supporting customer strategies, contract negotiations and supply chain management strategy- Promote pricing, product mix, and brand portfolio policies for the function in the area- Define improvement areas based on pipeline reporting in collaboration with sales effectiveness- Establish appropriate processes and infrastructure to support growth, sales performance and optimize resource utilization- Drive collaboration across the organization, promote customer centricity to ensure loyal customers**Requirements**:- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience specifically in Commercial Director positions, preferably with management experience within DHL.- Demonstrated ability to motivate both leaders and staff to effectively translate philosophy and corporate goals.- Master of Business Administration degree.- Ability to organize, manage, and administer process and initiatives across the country.- Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing and in a business setting- Fully bilingual (English - Spanish).- Ability to work under extreme pressure.- Organizational and high-level planning skills.
