It's an opportunity to be part of something special.**Your Responsibilities**:This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:- Support People Services team members across the full employee lifecycle with a focus on Compensation & Benefits matters through advisory ("how do I?") and coaching on HR procedures (process & policy) covering key topics.- Ensure that the C&B knowledge and processes are stable in the PSS team ensuring they have the training, documentation, and tools necessary to provide the best quality service ideally trying to resolve without resorting to Tier 2 (C&B Ops Team). This includes ensuring the Tier 1 team has all required to deliver high quality services during C&B critical processes such as APR and P&R.- Partner with the C&B Operations Team to ensure the SN Knowledge Articles related to C&B processes are accurate and properly updated.- In a second phase, contribute to improving and streamlining processes by partnering with the C&B Ops team and the Regional Hub Leads to make them more agile, efficient and effortless for our team and clients, with special focus on a positive employee experience.- Build and maintain a relationship with third-party benefits administrators. Act as Point of Contact for escalations when services issues are encountered. If needed, escalate to C&B Operations team for support based on the complexity of the issue.- Continuously identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvements.- Work with the Payroll team on cases that fall out of the regular process; health care deductions; annual enrolment, reimbursement approvals, etc.- Work with Tier 2, in the preparation of HR documentation, training material and communications, among others.- Support owners in WI creation and updates for local processes across the Americas related to benefit management, to establish process owners, steps, and process flows. Ensure C&B documents are created or kept updated to reflect current processes: WI, SOPs, Knowledge Articles, etc. Create or update process maps & flowcharts using MS Visio, when needed.- Build, maintain and manage the Americas HR benefits matrix by country. Work with the Effectiveness team to define the best tool that can be used for this purpose ensuring that it is easy to maintain and that there is a proper governance process in place.- Review and improve current existing processes with Benefits vendors to ensure that they execute the hired services, while we ensure that they receive from us the correct and timely information to execute their processes.- Support the C&B Operations Team with resolution of tickets with lower level of complexity while analyzing and leading the possibility of transitioning processes to the Tier 1 team.- If needed, act as a backup of the C&B Specialists when out of the office or due to urgent needs.**Why you?****Basic Qualifications**:We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:- University degree completed or in course - in advanced stage.- Fluent spoken and written English language skills.- 2-3 years HR Operations and/or Shared Services experience in a multi-national organization and at least 2 years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits administration experience in any other Customer Support related environment also desirable.- 1-2 years of knowledge and proven experience in building complex process maps & flowcharts using MS Visio.- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems.- Advance knowledge of MS Excel and its functionalities.**Preferred Qualifications**:However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:- Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and/or French language skills.**Inclusion & Diversity at Haleon**:At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
