The KYC Analyst 1, also known as "Maker", reviews, completes, and submits the Know Your Customer (KYC) Client Profile in accordance with Citi's Global KYC Policy. The Maker must adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, production targets, Quality Control goals and Post-Execution quality pass rates.**Responsibilities**:- Interact proactively with teams and ensure information is accurate with policies and procedures.- Gather and review information from internal and external sources for clients as per KYC AML polices and procedures- Validate the information within the CitiKYC to ensure complete and accurate information. Carry out name screening of entity, directors, and beneficial owners in Citi Screening database.- Take responsibility for CitiKYC and associated documentation completion from initiation to approval.- Report workflow progress to supervisor.- Meet established daily targets for CitiKYC review and completion within Service Level Agreement timeframes.- Update workflow database regularly throughout the day.- Highlight any discrepancies to CBSU senior analysts/Checkers- Ensure all assigned population is fully owned, claimed, worked and finally resolved to either Completion or Closure.
