Job Title:Constructions Specialist**Job Description**:The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.Amherst is a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm. This position is for a Construction Specialist role with Amherst's Bungalo organization. Bungalo is focused on buying, renovating, and selling single family homes in 6 markets across the country so far. With a goal to provide our buyers a great house, easy closing experience, and attentive service so they can buy a home they love.**A day in the life of a Construction Specialist**As part of the Bungalo Operations Support Team (BOST) the Construction Specialist is responsible for providing high-level support for multi-regional construction functions as deemed necessary by the Construction Specialist Supervisor.- Vendor contract assignment.- Managing appliance ordering.- Adjusting budgets, updating contracts, & communicating with vendors.- Supporting the successful execution of construction and vendor schedules.- Organizing & posting field reporting for job management - Work Order creation and follow up.- Data reporting and following up of pending jobs.- Additional duties as assigned by manager**What you'll need to have**:- High School Diploma- Advance English level- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Construction/ Civil Engineering is a plus.- Residential construction experience preferred.- Experience working in a remote environment preferred- Microsoft Office proficiency (specially Excel) - required.- Strong multi-tasking ability.- Ability to calm and diffuse escalated construction manager issues.- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.- Ability to escalate difficult inquiries or problems to managers.- Good communication and reading skills along with excellent organizational abilities.**Location**:CRI Heredia - Building Corporativo CariariLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full time
