Their Key focus is to ensure the account's growth management is led to an exceptional customer experience through management of scope, schedule, resources, finances and risks. They are engaged at the end of the transition period of a new logo.CSSes are called to gain good knowledge of the HPE Portafolio and Business Acumen.**Basic Qualifications**- University Diploma.- Customer service experience.- Project Management(knowledge in PM)- ** Intermediate to advanced English and French level (written & conversational) MANDATORY**:- Basic Excel knowledge (nice to have)- Ability to develop meaningful relationships, network, rapport and trust in a remote model- Ability to adapt to process changes.- Stakeholder management**Job Description Project Specialist are accountable of**- Provide direction and guidance to HPE delivery teams throughout GreenLake delivery- Deliver based on HPE contractual agreements, HPE Service Delivery Guides and/or customer statement of work.- Manage E2E Change Requests for growth.- Manage End of Contract/Early termination.- Actively participate on Monthly customer calls, transition status calls, Ad-hoc escalation meetings, etc.- Acknowledge/approve monthly invoices (hardware & software)- Request\manage Purchase Orders for software support (i.e. Micro Focus)- Formal Handover: Customer / Delivery / Global Solution Center/Steady State Delivery, document lessons learned.- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
