Content Designer, Customer Engagement

Responsibilities: Help formulate and articulate the design strategy for the Strategic Accounts Team Ensure very high-standards are set for quality & efficiency of assets creation Look for new technical solutions to improve the workflow Develop scalable pipelines and comprehensive workflows Organize and maintain a large library of design files (SharePoint) Create, revise, and maintain files (PowerPoint, PSD, Ai, Sketch, Figma) Provide detailed specs for creatives to work against Help teams visualize and advise on best practices Regularly communicate updates to internal groups Responsive, communicative, and creatively engaged in production processes Troubleshoot issues with design files (layer structure/organization) Work with Engineers to ensure assets are Implemented correctly Provide help or guidance in relevant internal feedback groups Create Keynotes for workshops and presentations
