The Content Writer and Designer will work across teams to direct, research, generate, edit, and deliver high-quality written and visual material to support the many initiatives of Sysco Technology. This role is a hybrid of content production and visual designer, with the potential for evolving responsibilities as the organization expands.As a dedicated content specialist this role provides the opportunity to evolve and maintain the unique voice across all of Sysco's Technology organization, associate-facing materials, and external presence.**Requirements**:- Work with Technology leadership, Product Managers, and Legal teams as needed to generate tone-consistent and brand aligned content for Sysco's Technology organization.- Regularly audit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevancy.- Work with the Technology teams to produce marketing content, presentations, communications plans, document procedures, landing pages, and visuals.- Maintain brand, voice, and style standards throughout all communications, presentations, and content.- Work against an editorial calendar with the team to research, develop content, create visuals, and build new editorial content plans.- Aid in the scheduling and management of Sysco Technology and Sysco LABS' online presence, as well as directing or generating content such as white papers, blog posts, newsletters, press releases, infographics, videos, and other media to populate these outlets.**Experience**:- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and creative teams- Experience in video editing- Experience with project and content management systems- Foodservice/culinary experience- Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing practices**Skills**:- Clear, friendly, and professional writing style- Knowledge of AP Style and experience adhering to a brand voice and style guide- Knowledge of design principles and desktop design software- Self-starter, critical thinker, and a staunch advocate for clear, concise messaging- Detail-oriented and highly organized- Ability to manage multiple projects and document procedures for future use cases- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment- Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices**Benefits**- Hybrid (2 days Office/Ultra park II Lagunilla, Heredia)- Private Medical Insurance- Asociacion Solidarista- Life Insurance- Personal Day Off
