This position is responsible for the daily price line hold report, Group Purchasing Organization ("GPO") connections and maintenance related to Price connections, various reporting and 340B maintenance. This position works collaboratively with the various Sales Operations functions and different positions between the organization.**Main Responsibilities**- Responsible and held accountable for GPO roster maintenance.- Analyze and maintain 340B program eligibility requests.- Contracts connections as per requests.- TCEA order placement- Proceed with line hold process to clear lines as per month close activities.- 340B audit process- Process and maintain multiple team mailboxes through Outlook.- Properly and timely follow up on requests sent by the different groups/businesses.- Keep open communication (verbal and written) with the Team Members as well as the leadership team.- Provide outstanding Customer Service to all internal/external customers.- Support as a backup for any other activity required in the team, based on previous training plans, by the Supervisor- Creator and maintenance of SOP process documentation and continuously provide updates based on research and experience and process changes.- Liaison with Audit to provide support on internal and external audits requests and work preveniently on the SOX controls.- Provide outstanding Customer Service to all internal/external customers.- Assists and Provides training to internal or external employees as needed- Keeps close monitor of the Metrics to ensure the KPIs are met.**Requirements**:- 6-12 months of experience.- Technical degree or active student in Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- English B1+- Ability to deal with customers- Analytical ability- Team work- Good personal relationships- Work under pressure**Reasonable Accommodations****Recruitment Fraud Notice**Baxter has discovered incidents of employment scams, where fraudulent parties pose as Baxter employees, recruiters, or other agents, and engage with online job seekers in an attempt to steal personal and/or financial information.
