**Main Purpose of Job**:The primary responsibilities of this role will be to work very closely with the Plant Controller and serve as a right hand in many functions with primary focuses in budget, forecast and planning activities. Focus is on achieving daily operational goals, oversees professional cost/finance accounting, and sharing in departmental responsibilities for weekly reporting and analysis and month end closure.Main Job Duties/Responsibilities (List most important first)- Back up departmental functions when necessary, Primarily Controller- Pinpoint and develop process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency- Ad Hoc analysis by both site management and corporate management- Various scorecard reporting for finance, cost and accounting (Absorption, OT, Scrap, PPV, Payroll)- Month End Margin Analysis by specified customer- Build and perform first pass review of Balance Sheet Reconciliation- Analyze and aid in setting of annual Material and DL/IDL/OH hourly rate setting- Assist with annual events such as, Procomer annual report, Audit and Physical Inventory- Devise relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like key financial metrics, the weekly flash report, and actual spend against budgets/forecasts.- Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting- Support corporate and statutory audits.- Manage Budget and Forecast.- Guide the finance team to arrange that deadlines are metKnowledge / Education- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Public Accounting, Finance, Economics from an accredited institution is required.
