Customer Service - Contractor For 12 Months

**In this Role, your responsibilities will be**- Issue quotes to the customers.- Enter the purchase orders received via electronic.- Maintain orders (change of destinations, change in transportation, expedite etc.)- Supervise orders, which contain specific and special instructions, as well as define priority of vitality.- Maintain an order in the tracking tools for the different order entries.- Make requests to the seller to expedite the entry of orders into the system.**Who you are**- You build customer relationships.- You balance planning with actions.- You focus on priorities and set stretch goals.**For this role you will need**- Student or BS with a technical background (Administration, Industrial Engineer or related preferably).- Experience: 1 year of experience in technical and industrial environment.- Skill to perform multiple activities, handling of computer packages.- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (both oral and written)- Computers skills, MS Office (Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
