People who go beyond, by identifying root causes, evaluating optimal solutions, and recommending comprehensive solutions to prevent future issues.Job description:The GSRC L1 SOC Security Analyst is responsible for monitoring, managing, and configuring security tools, triaging incidents to assess their urgency, and escalating incidents as necessary to L2 SOC. This position is hybrid, with 3 days per week working on-site. The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pmWhat you will do:Evaluate, respond, and help mitigate alerts that originate from the SIEM and the Cybersecurity product suiteAssist with administration of Stryker SIEM solution and other security toolsProvide data and reports as neededParticipate in the day-to-day security operations monitoring and response from the Security Operations Center.Develop content and action tuning requests to improve alert fidelity and reduce false positivesWhat you need:Bachelor's degree or student in Computer Science or equivalent in a related fieldCISSP or other cybersecurity certification preferred; recent college graduates are also acceptableBe familiarized with Incident response principles About StrykerStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
