Description :What the candidate will do:As Digital Librarian, you will be responsible for taking assets created in digital projects from multiple sources/formats and archiving them in the client's selected tool by following the client's process for that purpose. The position ensures that all digital assets follow such process successfully in the less time possible by applying rigorous reviews to ensure they are complete and functional. Our ideal candidate is an organized multi-tasker able to handle many diverse tasks at the same time, meet tight deadlines, and wear multiple hats.In addition, you will keep updated track of each task to collect metrics for continuous improvement.As part of the DAM team, you will also be required to:Collect source files from multiple locations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to do itReview and fix metadata information for the files collected. When fixing is not possible, coordinate with stakeholder(s) the obtention of such informationWhenever needed, reorganize files in a folder structure that ensures expedited approvalIngest digital assets in the client's DAM tool following the client's processPerform formal submission of uploaded jobs to the client's DAM team, while copying all involved stakeholders from agency and local leadPerform follow-up to submitted jobs with the client's DAM team to ensure prompt approvalReport the progress of each task in the control tool, informing the stakeholder(s) about the milestones achieved and/or requesting any information or assets neededAlways maintain the status of each task in the control toolReply to agency stakeholders promptly and cordially, as well as manage expectations by timely sharing relevant information Minimum qualifications:PC or Mac proficiencyBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and demonstrated familiarity with all types of file formats, including video formatsExcellent organization and time management; possesses an ability to prioritize a large volume of work effectively & efficiently with tight deadlinesAttention to detail; demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and analysisAbility to use good judgment when performing tasks and to solve problems autonomously, as well as determine when it is appropriate to escalate an issue for assistanceExcellent communication (oral and written) in English, interpersonal and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly, openly, honestly and with integrityAbility to maintain positive, respectful, and professional relationships with team, other departments, clients, and vendors Preferred qualifications:College degree.Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and demonstrated familiarity with all types of file formats, including video formatsDigital design, website development, video, or any other digital marketing backgroundPrevious experience with digital assets management tools (e.g., Canvas, Veeva, Aprimo, Fuze)Contract Type :PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
