Data Analyst/Testers

**Key Responsibilities**:- Analyze, design, and implement tests on data systems, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.- Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses to improve the quality and integrity of data.- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.- Ensure documentation is comprehensive and maintained up-to-date, including test plans, test cases, and reports.- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.- Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.- Maintain data analytics platforms/tools, ensuring that the data remains consistent across the database, is clearly defined, and the database performs and is accessed optimally.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.- 3 years of experience in a data analyst role.- Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL databases; experience with Python.- High proficiency in English.- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.- Proficient in the use of statistical packages for analyzing datasets.- Experience in data models and reporting packages.- Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
