**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:You are passionate about pushing creative boundaries using PowerPoint. As a Presentation Designer in BCG Design Studios, you'll be working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, designing high-quality, impactful presentations. You will work directly with consultants, designers, and internal BCG teams, supporting creative engagements end-to-end.You should expect to spend the majority of your time working in PPT, designing and formatting presentations and associated content. Core responsibilities typically include:- Manage the presentation design process start to finish - from creating the brief to delivering the final product. This includes working with stakeholders to craft the narrative, creating the slides, incorporating feedback, while meeting high quality benchmarks and timeline expectations.- Bringing your diverse experience to presentation design: illustration, information design, color theory, concepting, animation, video, and more.- Properly leveraging the core design system including fonts, colors, styles, backgrounds, logos, etc. that are approved for use.- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to create flawless presentations with compelling storylines and impactful visuals, that generate impact for BCG and our clients- Developing custom PPT concepts and templates.- Responsible for overall creative quality, reviewing and approving all work before sharing with clients.- Pitch creative concepts, mockups, and new and innovative ideas to internal and external clients.- Additional work may include design and formatting in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, newsletter design and layout, and more.**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:You are a creative storyteller with an eye for clean, artful, and professional design.- Demonstrated proficiency for information design- Captivating data storytelling skills, creating visuals, charts, and graphics that capture your audience's attention- Ability to translate complex concepts into digestible content- Strong graphic design fundamentals (i.e. typography, color theory, hierarchy, contrast, and grid / alignments)- Highly organized and detail oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and aesthetics- Possess outstanding attention to detail, maintaining high quality standards by proofing work for errors- Consistently uphold brand and style guidelines- Sharp eye for layout design, aware of industry trends- Translating business language, processes and complex ideas into beautiful visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity, design thinking, and innovation with business acumen- Commitment to continuous learning and improvementYou are an organized individual, with strong work management skills.- Strong communication and project management skills- Proven ability to meet deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive within a team environment in a corporate setting- Ability to work effectively and independently prioritize, under narrow time limitations and/or with interruptions, to produce accurate results- Take full ownership of your assigned tasks, including clarification of client requirements, on-time communication of possible risks, time management, and adherence to quality and production processes- Able to work well both independently, and under the direction of a Manager/Art Director- Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to partner across diverse skillsets and backgrounds.**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:- Bachelor's Degree in Design/Graphic Design or related field- Minimum 2-4 years professional presentation design experience in PowerPoint (PPT certification not required, but helpful)- Have experience creating PowerPoint presentations within the consulting industry- A strong professional portfolio, with demonstrated mastery of design fundamentals and complex presentation design. Examples of previous consulting case work preferred, sanitized is fine.- Both Mac and PC proficiency is desirable- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Presentation Design (interactive PowerPoint), as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, etc.).- ThinkCell and Efficient Elements experience a plus- Free-hand illustration and/or digital drawing proficiency a plus- Strong knowledge of visual design, visual theory (i.e. composition, color theory, typography, etc.)- Excellent English; other languages requested in certain locations- High degree of professionalism- Strong business communication skills and client focus- Independent problem-solving skills- Meticulous attention to detail- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently toward deadlines- Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and in teams- Contributes to building a positive team environment**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:A c
