Experience working on projects with ServiceNow platform. Overall, the developer should have technical abilities, a good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and experience in management of the tool.**Location/Division** Costa Rica - Corporate Division**What will you do?**- Ability to capture and analyze business requirements and document technical solution.- Successfully plan, implement, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects.**How will you get here?****Education**Bachelor's degree in science/engineering preferred or equivalent experience will be acceptable.**Experience**- 1+ years of experience in implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration & Asset Management, Change and Release Management.- Experienced with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policy, Client Scripts and Notifications.- Works with Platform and Project Management teams to ensure improvements are delivered completely, accurately, and timely.- Experience in implementation of Service Portal with good knowledge of AngularJS.**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.- Hardworking, collaborative, and positive behavior.
