From instilling confidence in today's decisions to re-imagining tomorrow's spaces, we thrive in complex and ever-changing environments. 500+ Offices, 100+ Countries, 115K People, 95+ of Fortune 100 Clients**CBRE is looking for a Digital Signage Analyst****JOB** SUMMARY****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage the intake process for digital content requests (This includes reviewing intake for clarity, running the review/approvals process with the larger team)- Run content programming software and interfaces for our digital moments which include typical monitors/screens, as well as specialized branding moments including a water wall, red/white "flip disk" wall and oversized digital moment called "The Show."- Ensure that requests are completed within standard service level agreements.- Assist self-managed content clients in uploading and scheduling content, when needed- Manage dining menus globally- Maintain regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, and review new requirements.- Act as first level technical support for any technical & functional issues and escalate to / work with vendor and/or our IT support as needed.- Manage relationship with key vendor partners including management of the Master Services Agreement and RFP activities if/when required.- Gather requirements for new projects and provide quotes and recommendations based on business needs which are gathered during "visioning process," run by the GRW Experience Team- Create layouts and program scheduling based on client requirements.- Act as liaison between customer (internal teams), hardware, logistics vendors to ensure seamless handoff of equipment.- Assist local integrator in installation of digital signage hardware.- Maintain 30-60-90-day check-ins after projects go live.- Research best in class digital signage experiences and work in partnership with the Digital Content Creator to execute on our digital signage strategy and continuously improve our approach and offerings.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Communications or Digital Marketing or a related discipline- Minimum 2 years of experience in Editorial Design, Graphic Design with Multimedia Experience- Fully Bilingual: English-Spanish- Proficient in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, AfterEffects
