Job DescriptionAs an EDI Payer Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role, in managing the payer enrollment processes, related to electronic data exchange between healthcare providers, and payer organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the seamless integration, of healthcare providers into payer networks, through effective EDI enrollment procedures. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee the payer enrollment process, ensuring timely and accurate submissionsCollaborate with payer organizations, to obtain and understand enrollment requirementsVerify the accuracy and completeness, of enrollment materials, before submission to payersConduct enrollment follow-up with payers and/or vendors, regarding enrollment application statusCommunicate effectively with clients, payers, vendors, and internal staff, to provide current enrollment status, and answer outstanding questionsIdentify, troubleshoot and resolve any enrollment issuesProvide training and support to clients on EDI enrollment proceduresStay updated on payer enrollment changes and share knowledge with the teamQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time managementAble to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong strategic thinking, tactical planning, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced Microsoft Office proficiencyEDI Payer Enrollment process experience required Strong familiarity with X12 EDI standardsAssociates Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field experienceAn understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle ManagementAdditional InformationCulture at ExperianOur uniqueness is that we truly value yours.Experian's culture, people, and environments are key differentiators.
