Your responsibilities will include:- Leadership & Growth: Prioritize your direct reports' career growth, well-being, and continuous improvement. Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and building cohesive and high-performing teams.- A track record of shipping high-quality SaaS products or services, with a deep understanding of the agile development process.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and a solid understanding of leveraging them in a SaaS environment.- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
