As the eProcurement Analyst you will be responsible for establishing and developing digital integrations with customers through Punchout, EDI, CIH, API's and other eProcurement functionalities. As a key point of contact, you will build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams for integrations development and execution In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Be responsible for developing processes and practices for digital integrations. Be engaged with Operations, Customer Care, and Information Technology teams to design, scope, propose and lead all integration project execution. Be engaged with Customers on defining scope, requirements, testing, needs, project cadence and timeline to support integration and adoption on customer's end. Be engaged with sales force on identifying, prospecting, and supporting integrations' proposals to customers. Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to monitor digital integrations bookings and transactions, and customer success. Ensure full compliance with Legal and Company's requirements with regards to Trade Compliance and Ethical Business and follow necessary procedures. Who You Are: You lay out a detailed schedule and list steps for achieving objectives. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. You learn quickly when facing new situations. You experiment with a wide range of existing technologies while applying new and emerging options that can improve organizational outcomes. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in information technology or any other related fields or experience. At least 1 year job related experience in any of these additional areas: IT Projects, eProcurement integrations, eCommerce Solid keyboard skills and a strong proficiency for using Windows & MS Office applications as other reporting tools. English Proficiency (Written & Oral) B2 Level Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Portuguese preferred. Specific knowledge and experience on Punchout, EDI and APIs preferred.
