Your teamwork spirit and willingness to connect with others will be a catalyst in your successful development in the role and across Bacardi.**Responsibilities**:**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:- Concur support, maintenance, follow up and point of contact (POC).- Report creation and dashboards maintenance.- Audit of expense reports in Concur.- Idocs review, correction, and root cause elimination.- Handling of MDG for employees- Accrual reporting.- Provide support in Concur open items follow ups.- Provide trainings and maintain calls when needed with our internal clients.- Assist in creating documentation and training materials when needed.- Finding opportunity areas to create and implement improvement proposals.Skills and Experience**The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy**- English proficiency - 80%- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.- Customer service experience is a plus.- Sense of urgency and proactiveness.- Intermediate Microsoft knowledge- Previous Accounts Payable (AP) experience is a plus.**Personal Qualities**- Positive attitude- Strong communicator- Highly structured on day-to-day work- Works well in a team environmentOur cultureWe share the passion and entrepreneurial flair of our founder and are guided by our three culture pillars - Fearless, Family and Founders, they inspire our Primos to be the best they can be and drive us forward in all we do.
