In any given workday, you will be given responsibility to innovate and create an impact to our business.**As a Sr Basebuild Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:- Build and drive safety culture of caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.- Plan and deliver base build construction projects using multiple delivery and execution strategies (from project initiation through to closeout, including the development and management of project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and compensation strategies, Environmental/Health/Safetyand Incident and Injury Free program, quality program, project controls and change management).- Ensure that the project is at all times in compliance with Construction Management Practices and adheres to Base build standard operating procedures. Projects include disciplines such as mechanical, process, process specialty, electrical, architectural, cleanroom, IT, life safety, and Instrumentation and Controls.- Interact and partner with internal customer management; resource plan the project; provide direction to the Base build project teams; have a sound knowledge of the project and construction contracts; and will partner with Tool Install, Corporate Operations and the Factory to develop and manage an integrated plan that will achieve project objectives and commitments.- Champion and value the safety culture of caring throughout the project lifecycle.- Constantly identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.**Behavioral traits**:- Strong critical thinking skills, proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans.- Willing to present and communicate with executive-level management.- Advanced communications skills.**Qualifications**:Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related Engineering degree.- At least 6 years of experience with MS Project and Project/Construction management on major industrial facilities and large scope base build construction projects 100 million dollars or more in scope and including: contract management, schedule and budget development and management; change control; construction means and methods.- At least 3 years of experience with MS Office / MS Project.- Advanced English level.- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Construction Management or related Engineering degree- Project Manager Professional (PMP)**Inside this Business Group**:As the world's largest chip manufacturer, Intel strives to make every facet of semiconductor manufacturing state-of-the-art - from semiconductor process development and manufacturing, through yield improvement to packaging, final test and optimization, and world class Supply Chain and facilities support.
