**Job Details**Electromechanical Field Coordinator**Job Description**:The Electromechanical & IT Field Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of several construction projects under the responsibility of the sponsoring Project Manager, making sure quality procedures are followed closely and proper controls are in place.**Responsibilities**:- Works closely with the project manager in a daily basis coordinating with the GC the proper execution, namely:- Quality Assurance and Quality Control for electrical and mechanical systems.- Daily field inspection walks to monitor project progress.- Review of IFC drawings, red lines, As builts, RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders and Project Schedule.- Weekly photographic report with identified situations. Provide possible solutions to the identified issues.- Is an active witness QAQC activities carried out by the GC and its subcontractors.- Adheres to construction Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements especially working in clean room production environment and participating in incident investigation when needed.- Establishes key relationships with the Architectural / Engineering (AE), General Contractor (GC), 3rd party Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) and Project Stakeholders to enhance project execution.- Understands the technical electrical and mechanical concepts associated with the defined projects and aligns these concepts with the architectural and civil requirements.- Identifies opportunities to improve quality, schedule, value engineering and cost reduction efforts.- Attends regular project related meetings/site inspections (e.g. Discipline meetings, Commissioning Meetings, Design Reviews, Safety Walks, Site assessments, etc.) with project team members and contractors.- Performing system acceptance for newly installed equipment.- Work closely with Project Engineers, contractors, and engineers on project design and closeout documentation- Supervise and follow the working progress against the project schedule.- Costs analysis vs project budget.- Participate in technical validation in vendors and subcontractor offers.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree either Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferably project management).Desirable Additional Skills- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Self-starter with strong ethics, solid organizational skills, attentive to details, and able to multi-task and rise to the challenge under tight timeline.- Strong communication skills both in verbal and written English.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, creative, innovative and with cost conscious and result-oriented mindset.- Strong interpersonal skillsAdditional Technical information related to the QAQC component of the position.Mechanical Systems:- Compressed air (OFA and HPOFA)- Nitrogen gas- RODI water- PCW water- CW (Colling towers)- CHW (Chiller)- Drainage system (industrial, acid neutralization)- HVAC Systems (A/C, WEX, GEX)Mechanics Test:- Static pressure tests- Flow testsElectricals Systems:- Electrical systems (120/208V, 240/415V, 277/480V)-Panelboards, switchboards and switchgears.- Medium voltage systems (4160V and 34.5KV)-Substations - Electrical Outlets & Receptacles- Lighting fixtures- Busways- ATM and MTSElectrical tests:- Phase rotation- Torque check- Insulation test- TransformationIT:- Access and distribution switches- Office, security, manufacture, SCADA/BMS Networks- Data Center supportIT tests:- Fiber and cooper certifications (OLTS and OTDR).
