Finance Business Partner

Objective:Actively works with Management to identify business risks and opportunities, find pragmatic approaches to challenges, aiding implementation of solutions and best practices across local organizations while influence performance to achieve the Market Scorecard targets, engaging with the business to unlock opportunities and maximize revenue, playing an active role in continuously adjusting investment mix and resource deployment to be aligned with lifecycle of the product.Responsibilities:Drive P&L management with focus on accurate Sales Forecasting, cost control and resource allocationBusiness Performance tracking including Key KPI's and core financial reports such as P&L, Stock in TradeDrives monthly performance analysis, ensuring complete, accurate and timely submission from Local to AreaRun the planning and forecasting processes in coordination with key stakeholders to deliver consistent, ambitious and reliable plansChallenge and investigate financial results with the objective of identifying performance gaps, checking progress towards budget achievement and recommending gap closing actionsEngage with business stakeholders to build insight into key business drivers and tactics, to identify opportunities and support solid business case preparationPartner in pricing and business development activities, Business Cases, test business assumptions for evaluating the opportunity, challenge financial evaluations to ensure most profitable outcomePro-actively review and assess Business Performance Reporting, driving changes and enhancement recommendations in collaboration with Cluster CFO / GFS.Be the link between Regional Operations/Supply/GFS and the local companyEducation, Qualifications, Competencies and ExperienceUniversity degree in Finance / Business / Economics3 or more years of experience as market finance business partnerFluent in English and SpaSAP knowledgeOutstanding analytical skills and strong executionDesirablePharmaceutical knowledgeCAM / CAR UnderstandingRisk management / SoXDate Posted23-abr-2024Closing Date29-abr-2024
