At Coca-Cola, we invest for sustainable growth in the future, and are focused on raising the performance bar to capture opportunities.As a Financial Planning Orchestration Senior Manager, you'll serve as the planning orchestration leader on behalf of Finance for internal planning routines (ABP/LRP) as well as system routines (T2T/Moonshots). There are a considerable amount of interdependencies between our internal and system-wide planning and alignment routines and this role will own the orchestration of events, alignment of key stakeholders across OU, system, and Corporate, and sequencing of inputs, discussions, and decisions to ensure optimized processes and outcomes.**What You'll Do for Us**- Orchestrate an end-to-end annual business planning process for the OU and Bottling Partners, working cross-functionally and coordinating with Corporate (partnering with Strategy for LRP)- Identify and sequence key milestones on behalf of KO and our Tier 1 bottlers to inform the timing of routines and coordinate routines with the broader System network.- Formalize processes to gain System alignment on key assumptions (e.g. macros) throughout the planning period and on an ongoing basis- Design and orchestrate routines to tell the holistic story of performance to OU leadership, Zone leadership, and Category leadership at an appropriate rhythm.- Partner with different functions across the organization (including Marketing, Franchise, Commercial, Strategy, Technical, PAC, Platform Services, etc.).- Shape and coordinate the OU routines to support the Moonshot/Growth Agenda and support senior management / Top to Top conversations with Tier 1 bottlers.- Partner internally to effectively manage Financial Planning and Performance Management Routines and serve as PMO to organize and accelerate progress of critical planning & performance management strategic initiatives.**Qualification & Requirements**- 12+ years of leadership experience in senior strategic and financial planning or commercial finance roles.
