Fixed Asset Analyst

**Responsibilities**:- D-110 Assets disposal presentation ATV / Travi- Accompaniment in Procomer audits.- Procomer Fixed Assets Auxiliary maintenance.- Creation of reports and control of insurance policies for fixed assets and the building.- Administration of the system for fixed assets of the Site.- Execution of inventories of fixed assets.- Preparation of documentation for additions and withdrawals of fixed assets.- Comply with Free Trade Zone Requirements for the entry and exit of Fixed Assets from the Site.- Work closely with other departments to have an updated information of Fixed Assets under each Department responsibility.- Work closely with Trade Compliance and Facilities Department to ensure consistency in Fixed Assets information.- Create reports as required to comply with Free Trade Zone and Emerson Fixed Assets policies.- Additional duties as required.**Basic Qualifications**- +2 year experience in fixed assets administration and Accounting knowledge.- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Finance.- Intermediate English- Required proficiency in MS-Office mainly: Excel (index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, look-ups) &- MS-Power Point**Preferred Qualifications**- Great interpersonal and organizational skills.- Relates well to others, with the ability to manage diverse relationships.- Be open and receptive, as well as demonstrate flexibility.- Show strong proficiency in solving problems analytically.- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Patience, perseverance and able to spend extra time at closing week.
