Treasury and Trade Solutions ("TTS") business provides trade and cash management solutions to help Citi's corporate, public sector and financial institution clients in 120 countries, helping them streamline and automate their business processes, mitigate risk and expand their global operations.The LATAM TTS P&A Analyst 3 will provide support to LATAM LFO, following a close interaction with region and country business teams, and partners across the globe.**Responsibilities**:- Support operating model with international FP&A teams to smoothly migrate activities into the site- Develop analytical support working with local FP&A teams and their business partners- Understand how the work impacts the overall organization and bank strategies to make judgements and recommendations based on analysis- Breakdown information in a systematic and communicable manner- Work on Ad-hoc requests based on the business necessities. Specific activities include:- Contribute to the analysis of key management review decks for Regions & Products- Participation in time critical activities for FP&A teams- Conducting monthly and quarterly analytical insights. Focus will be addressing adhoc strategic issues that are complementary to regular Planning and Analysisprocesses- Development of materials for review with Business- Participation in forward looking activities including annual budgeting and monthly estimate process- Drive standardization of activities including the identification of productivity and efficiency- On occasions provide informal guidance or on the job training to team members.**Qualifications**:- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineer or a related field with at least- 5+ years of experience with more than 2-4 years of Planning and Analysis experience- Understanding of Banking is preferable but not essential. Finance products and markets knowledge is required- Intermediate financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models- Bilingual: English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.- Medium - Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
