**Show the world what you can do.****In this role you will**:- Be in charge of presentations to clients, directly working with other groups such as Creative, Business, and Technology.- Code reviewing, mentoring, and enforce coding guidelines and best practices for more Junior teammates.- Help coordinate the team's technical communication with other groups such as Creative, Business, and Management.- When acting as the technical leader, own the technical architecture and design of the web solution and oversee the front-end development activities.- Gather new user and business requirements, maps them to appropriate technical solutions, and estimates the associated development tasks.- Ensure concise and clear documentation is maintained by all peers for the projects as dictated by each Capability's guidelines and best practices.- Own software release activities, including but not limited to reviewing code changes, client demos, QA hand-offs, and presenting solutions and justifications for tasks.- Debug or troubleshoot complex or critical issues that cannot be handled by junior positions, and provide root cause analysis.- Establish project scaffolding and associated automation tools for the project.- Create training programs for technologies within fields of expertise.- Actively participate in Capability activities and initiatives.- Setup regular one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, career development, and status reporting.**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,****You should have**:- Advanced English knowledge (B2+, reading, writing, conversational)- At least 5 years of experience working exclusively with Front-End technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)- Capable dealing with Cross-browser and Responsive development.- Expert knowledge of recent development patterns and practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object Oriented development).- Expert knowledge on integrating front-end development with several common Back-End technologies (Phyton) and third-party platforms.- Proficiency with popular JavaScript frameworks and cross-browser compatibility.- Minimum of 2 years of proven track record as a technical team leader, communication, teamwork and leadership skills experience required.- Expert knowledge of Front End CSS and SCSS.- Knowledge of design patterns (e.g., model-view-controller, observer, object oriented, etc.) and working with several mainstream libraries and frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Ember, Backbone, React, VueJS, or any other).- Capable of designing and choosing a quality assurance process for the project including guidelines for unit tests.- Capable of writing code compliant with modern accessibility (eg. ARIA, WCAG, Microformats, ADA, RDF) and SEO guidelines and best practices.- Capable of working with new technologies and building proof of concept prototypes.- Capable of troubleshooting, debugging and doing root cause analysis of web platform issues.- Capable of working with version control systems (SVN, GIT, Mercurial).- Capable of consuming, parse and translate SOAP or REST web services.- SCRUM Fundamentals Certification or equivalent practical experience.**It's a plus if you have**:- BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline; or equivalent strong experience as Software Development Lead in exact areas of expertise required for Hangar (Digital Agencies projects, Web development projects, SCRUM/Agile software projects).- Software Architecture Knowledge- Six Sigma Fundamentals Certification or equivalent practical experience.**Competencies to be successful in this role**:- Develops Talent- Manages Ambiguity- Ensures Accountability- Communicates effectively- Tech Savvy- Interpersonal Savvy
