We are looking for an experienced DFT leader/manager to join our team that is ready to build a brand new Graphics DFT team in Costa RicaAs a member of the Graphics Hardware DFT group you will be responsible for one or more of the following activities:- Lead the DFT design, validation and content delivery of the Graphic IP or Die that will be used in the upcoming integrated Graphic CPU product and/or Discrete Graphics SoC.- Directs and manages a team of DFT engineers responsible for Graphics IP and SoC DFT design.- Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment- We are looking for an individual who consistently look for ways to do things more efficiently while upholding quality.- Passionate in solving problems, ability to synthesize data and translate into data driven proposals and decisions.- Ability to lead by example is much sought after.- Collaborative, able to communicate well with counterparts and key stakeholders including cross site partners**Qualifications**:You should have a Bachelor/Master degree in relevant field (Electrical and Electronics or Computer System) with at least 7+ years of experience in the following:- Managing and leading a technical team.- Good understanding of the ASIC design flow as well as the DFT and Manufacturing requirements- Skilled in DFT design and Integration, various validation techniques and industry standard methodologies - IJTAG, MBIST, SCAN, etc.**Inside this Business Group**:The Client Computing Group (CCG) is responsible for driving business strategy and product development for Intel's PC products and platforms, spanning form factors such as notebooks, desktops, 2 in 1s, all in ones.
