**Objective**:To support organizational effectiveness and productiveness through the continuous assessment and anticipation of human capital-related needs in the designated account, line of business, and/or department.**Hard skills**:- Advanced English Speaker.- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field of studies.- At least 1 year of HR generalist experience in a similar working environment.- Teamwork.- Receptiveness & assertiveness.- Impartial Management.**Soft skills**:- Focus on Results.- Integrity.- Able to deal with conflicts.- Independence in managing assigned tasks.- Problem Solving.- Negotiation Skills.- Partnership and ability to influence others.**Responsibilities**:- Partner with designated account, line of business and/or department' management to promote best in class human capital practices.- Lead HR initiatives and projects with managers and employees to improve work relationships and environment, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.- Consult with line management, providing guidance on HC policies, procedures, and practices.- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HC group to develop solutions, programs and policies.- Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the Labor Relations Manager as needed/required.- POC for international employees within designated account, line of business and/or department, with expatriate assignments and related matters.- Identify training/development needs for designated account, line of business and/or department and partners with Talent Management team for closing the gaps. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training/development programs to ensure success.
