Hr Specialist

**Objective**:Support organizational effectiveness through assessment and anticipation of human capital-related needs.**Hard skills**:- English Speaker (85%>) (must).- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field of studies (must).- Experience in a similar HR working environment (must).- Availability to work from site (GAM)(must).**Soft skills**:- Ability to deal with conflicts.- Problem Solving.- Receptiveness & assertiveness.**Responsibilities**:- Partner with a designated account, line of business and/or department management to promote best in class human capital practices.- Lead HR initiatives and projects with managers and employees to improve work relationships and environment, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.- Consult with line management, providing guidance on HC policies, procedures, and practices.- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (f.e. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.**Benefits**:- Medical Services.- AsoSYKES.- Educational Reimbursement.
