Here, you'll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**About the role**:**You're Responsabilities include**:- Identify and participate in value improvement, waste elimination and problem solution projects that drive plant and company performance improvements.- Actively participate in lean projects (i.e. Lean Production, Business Process Improvement, Born Lean, Kaizen Events) with the Production, Process Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and other support functions.- Assist in the deployment and support of corporate Lean tools and Metrics (Core Five Metrics, WCG, VSP, 5S, Lean Goals and Plans, etc.).- Work cross-functionally with other departments to accomplish tasks, etc.- Participate and/or lead problem solving processes, whether due to increasing trends on complaints, defects, scrap, or low productivity, among others.- Support employee-safety oriented initiatives: rotation programs of line personnel, use of safety equipment in the production area, and EH&S awareness programs.- Support IE, Production, EHS & Training department in continuous improvement projects**What we're looking for**- Academic background: Engineering (Industrial)- Active student certification.- At least 80% of the career approved (Bachelor´s or Licentiate degree).- English level: 80% or above.- Availability of 38 - 40 hours per week in site**Requisition ID**:552018**Job Segment**:Manufacturing Engineer, Entry Level Engineer, Environmental Health & Safety, Business Process, Engineering, Healthcare, Operations, Management
