This may involve routine inspections, calibration, cleaning, and minor repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians or engineers.Analyze experimental data, test results, and manufacturing metrics to identify trends and insights.Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for further improvement or optimization.Extend our existing lean philosophy to contribute processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall organizational performance.Support data collection efforts by following established protocols and recording accurate measurements or observations. Assist in analyzing data using appropriate tools and software and summarize findings in clear and concise reports.Assist in maintaining accurate documentation, including procedures and test records. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and best practices within the company.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, actively participate in team meetings, provide updates, and share ideas and suggestions to drive project success.Requisitos del Puesto- Enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering,mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English Level: B2/80%). Ability to effectively communicate ideas, results, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.Proficiency in technical skills relevant to the position, such as CAD software, data analysis tools, or laboratory techniques, is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
