He/she is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the Finance organization teams with a specific focus on the Costa Rica Finance Center teams. They are responsible for understanding business processes, eliciting, and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups and IS technical teamsWhat you will do:?Responsible for soliciting and documenting features, functional requirements and user stories and ensuring quality delivery through other IT partners including third partiesDocument test cases and perform or manage user acceptance testing in partnership with testing center of excellence as applicableBuild and maintain strong relationship with the Divisional teams and functional teams.Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancementsDefine tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectivesRecommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IS technical teams.What you need:Bachelor's degree requiredBachelor's in Business Administration, Management of Information Systems (MS), or Computer Information Systems (CS or CIS) preferredProfessional experience or relevant internship experience is required.Experience with process mapping and/or documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is requiredAbility to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required. Experience working in an agency-regulated environment is preferred.
