About the Role: Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced analyst to support SAP application controls and manage audit coordination within an SAP Competency Center. This person will be the primary technical analyst for maintaining proper controls with the SAP system and coordinating audit responses with both internal and external parnters. In addition, the person will analyze, design, document, test and deliver business systems and Information System process solutions to meet business requirements. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP application control and audit requests Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure timely response to audit requests May lead multiple controls and/or audit activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups Lead controls and audit work stream activities, working with internal and external cross-functional groups Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements Appropriately communicate status updates, escalate issues, manage timelines and action items Maintain collaborative working relationship with IS services (security, infrastructure) Understand customer's business implications and incorporate understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations Use the appropriate systems to maintain controls and log audit responses Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement process and system enhancements related to application controls. Create and maintain all required technical documentation per IS methodology and processes Demonstrate technical leadership by staying current on new technologies Behavioral Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral, written, and listening skills with a track record of communicating complex concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff, including at senior executive levels. Exceptional organizational & time management skills What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years experience with SAP modules, primarily Finance (FI and CO) with some experience in Supply (MM, PP and QM) and Demand (SD) Experience working on application controls and audit responses, Previous experience as a member of a large enterprise SAP team Preferred qualifications: Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences beneficial.
