Invest your talents in us, and we'll return the compliment.**Job Description**:- We're looking for a Jr AI/ML Scientist who loves to solve complex problems and has experience with Natural Language processing and Machine learning.- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Monitor, fine tune and retrain AI models based on test results and accuracy metrics- Develop pipelines to extract features from text data to build AI training and validation datasets- Develop prompt templates, orchestration chains and agents using Large Language Models (LLMS)- Develop deep learning model and algorithm to address various use cases based on business needs- Work with cross functional team of Data Scientists, Engineers and Product Managers to develop AI enabled products and featuresQualifications: Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistical methods used by ML models-- Knowledge on basics of math and probability-- Good understanding and strong knowledge in algorithms and statisticsMinimum Education-- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, computer scienceMinimum Experience-- Exposure to AI/ML methods and libraries such as Langchain, TensorFlow or PyTorch-- Exposure to text mining, Natural Language Processing and Understanding-- Exposure to LLMsAdditional Requirements-- Ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner-- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members and product groups-- Enthusiasm and flexibility to work on a variety of projects is necessary, as well as the ability to rapidly acquire new domain familiarityAs a global organization, Datasite knows that diverse perspectives are essential to our success.
