JOB TITLE: Jr Warehouse Coordinator JOB SUMMARY Support an effectively coordination within Raw Materials inventory, receiving, shipping, distribution and Sterilization with operational efficiencies and high-quality performance. Collaborates and supports the warehouse supervisor and associates within the following essential duties: INVENTORY CONTROL Ensures that inventory reconciliations are investigated and remedied within company guidelines. Performs inventory control and operational functions utilizing warehouse operating system. Performs analysis and trend reporting to identify successful storage strategies and pick efficiencies. Daily coordination with Material Handlers/Planning/Procurement Department/Logistics and production floor requirements SHIPPING AND STERILIZATION Implements daily production and shipping plan arrangements with Logistics and warehouse about materials requirements and shipments required to be sent. (Couriers/locals and finish goods) Actively contributes to the Sterilization Internal Process Review process. Responsible for inventory of shipping ordering supplies such as labels, load sheets, logs, trailer seals. INBOUND Coordinate with incoming inventory and equipment deliveries. Arrange the physically space for inbound and outbound with logistics /pack out. 3PL AND DISTRIBUTION Support on distribution requirements. PACKOUT Confirm the lots to be packed under a daily basis based on the target stablished Responsible to arrange with shipping department and material handlers the lots to be sterilized OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must be flexible with work schedule. On Site position In the absence of the team lead or supervisor, may assume responsibility for organizing, leading, and completing daily shift operational tasks. Support on the coordination during the shutdown. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education Student profile and or bachelor degree on the following carriers : customs administration, international commerce or Industrial engineering. (if it a student he/she should be finalizing the carrier) English spoken and writing are required. Experience 0-1 years experience in the medical devices industry. SAP system expertise preferred. Skills Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively. Mid or Advanced level in Microsft excel. Knowledge in Power BI and Power Apps software Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have completed and validated procedural training for all facets of the warehouse operations. Manufacturing Environment requirements include use of personal protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending, standing, stretching/reaching, and hand/finger dexterity. Must be able to work in a clean room environment, adhere to associated policies, and perform gowning of clean room attire in the allotted time prior to start up.
