Be part of a truly iconic global brand, learn and grow with us.ABOUT THE JOBIn this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:- Processing payments activities in SAP.- Integration with treasury & banking platforms.- Follow up on payments approval with users.- Able to do payment reconciliations.- Payment troubleshooting or resolution of issues working directly with vendors and internal users.- Maintain generic AP inbox responding to inquiries in timely manner.- Support regular and senior level accountants in month end close related activities.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:- Preferred field of study : Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.- Experience in posting and troubleshooting invoices and payments- Proficiency in Office and SAP (desired)- Advanced English Level (C1)- Team orientation, and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organizationABOUT SWAROVSKISwarovski is a family-run company, founded more than 120 years ago in Wattens, Austria.
