The Learning and Development intern should support the Human Resources department. You will be assigned a project about assisting in impact/measurement tracking workstream, organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Assist with developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Work with team to develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle..
