Loan Processor Team Lead

***We are one of the nation's top automobile loan providers and we are searching for a **Loan Processor Team Lead** **in Costa Rica/San Jose. This individual will be responsible for leading our Funding Team while providing awesome customer service to our dealer partners and sales team members.**RESPONSABILITIES**- Lead by example and ensure you are setting a standard of excellence while in office.- Request additional information from DRMs, dealer partners and customer applicants when appropriate.- Ensure funders are on task and have corrective accountability conversations to redirect behaviors when applicable.**REQUIREMENTS**- Prior experience in a lending company or in an underwriting or funding role is a preferred but not required.- Management experience preferred but not required.- Must be able to work independently and make decisions with data.- Must have a compliance mindset.- Must have excellent prioritization skills.- Must be a team player and able to collaborate across several departments and organizational level- English is required.**EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**- High school graduate/GED preferred.- Previous experience in a similar role.**Job type**: Full time**Location** : San Jose, Costa Rica**Pay** : $1,800-$2,000/month based on experience.
