This role interacts with key Latin America FP&A Center of Expertise (CoE) as well as in-country finance business partners within the GBU's, and leadership.The FP&A Manager role works with financial planning and reporting activities and provide strategic support for the Growth and Emerging Markets - Latin Americas team, and will report to the lead of the same CoE Lead and work closely with CFO for Latin Americas North & South. Reporting into the position will be senior finance analyst and supervisor.Manager will work on the following activities:- Lead areas of the comprehensive planning processes (long range plan, forecasts, operating plan) and monthly financial reviews with senior function leaders and FP&A leadership- Deliver a comprehensive monthly reporting package for management, including analysis of business performance against budget vs. actual results for both P&L.- Perform financial consolidation for the Latin America businesses. Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of results- Liaise with the Corporate, GEM CoE, other cross-functional teams and Regional Leadership to develop and communicate major financial processes/cycles mentorship to ensure a well-managed and consistent process.- Able to support hands-on activities such as Planning Information loads- Lead, mentor and provide direction to a strong team of SFA/supervisors- Perform ad hoc analysis and modeling for various financial initiatives- Performs variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make recommendations going forward- Develop, improve, and be a great partner with finance and business customers- Provide support to finance and fellow CoE members**What you'll bring**- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration or Finance.- +7 yr. work experience in related fields- English level B2+- Experience in decision support activities- Consistent record in Forecasting and Financial Analysis- High proficiency in Microsoft office.
