Resolves production issues. Competent at implementing lean manufacturing processes.- Leads process and equipment validations and qualifications.- Investigate new suppliers and collaborates to develop new material or equipment needs.- Supports the creation and execution of assigned project plans.- Collaborates in preparation of cost analysis for new product expenditures. Adheres to finalized budgets.- Investigates and proposes action plans in (FMEA) and root cause analysis.- Performs as core team member on cross functional teams. May participate in external project; collaborate with external entities for product/material/process improvement.- Reviews new product technology including existing or needed tooling and processes.- Seasoned professional that provides input on various levels of projects and client requests. Independently determines and develops approaches to solutions. (Multi-discipline Domain Specific). Fully qualified, career oriented / journey-level position. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instruction on new assignments. Provides guidance and training to production operators during the implementation process.**You are a part of**A leading health technology company with a multinational workforce of approximately 77,000 employees and globally present with sales and services in more than 100 countries worldwide.**To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following**- ** Intermediate/Advanced English**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science strongly preferred or equivalent years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with Visio, Project, SPC software, CAD (creation and interpretation) preferred- Proficient with additional software packages as required- Minimum 6 years' related experience (for Bachelor degree)- Minimum 3 years' related experience (for Master degree)**In return, we offer you**In order to develop your full potential, we will offer you the flexibility, encouragement and opportunities to keep you inspired and engaged.
