This position's responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):- Support Manufacturing Operations Engineering tasks within a factory environment: planning, execution and follow up, in-process material management, determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, establishes methods to maximize utilization of production facilities and resources, inventory management, supplier characterization and monitoring.- Joins effort to propose and/or validate equipment and factory capacity/output metrics and to identify process flow bottlenecks and constrains.- Create and follow up manufacturing operations key performance indicators.- Operation's execution strategy improvement opportunities and daily activities follow up and closure.**Behavioral traits desired**:- Proactive attitude.- Excellent communication and team player skills.- Good problem-solving skills for dealing with dynamic business challenges with factory internal or cross business unit stakeholders.- Advanced influencing skills.- Willing to develop strategies and robust process related to a broad range of production delivery issues management.**Qualifications**:** Minimum qualifications**:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
